Our Staff

Executive Director

Frederika McClary Easley is a powerhouse at creating and implementing strategy and providing a unique lens that brings an impactful perspective. She pulls from her vast experiences to bring knowledge and efforts that promote harm alleviation, community engagement, inclusivity and impact.

She is an experienced strategist with over 15 years in organized labor industries, has spent the past four years analyzing federal and state policies with an equity lens to identify areas of opportunity and advocacy and now will be entering the non-profit space continuing the work of educating all stakeholders around the necessity of equitable practices and tangible change.

Additionally, she focuses on stakeholder engagement through leadership roles in industry associations, the creation of thought pieces, interviews, and panel discussions. Frederika is an impeccable resource for campaign development, strategy implementation, policy analysis and creation, addressing health and wellness inequities and equity work. Her work in articulating social inequities and promoting advocacy for change through legislation and the social culture of the cannabis industry has been noted by a host of publications.

Nora Thomas-Dib is a visionary, entrepreneur and global storyteller dedicated to creating meaningful impact. Fueled by a passion for social equity, she is committed to uplifting underrepresented voices and supporting small to mid-size women-owned businesses that are true gems in their industries. Her journey is rooted in empowerment and resilience, driven by a desire to help others thrive and be recognized for their contributions.

Embracing the digital nomad lifestyle, Nora thrives on connection, exploring unique ideas and cultivating meaningful relationships. When she’s not crafting strategies or jet-setting to her next adventure, she finds grounding in yoga, hiking, beach days, discovering new coffee shops and immersing herself in podcasts to learn from diverse voices worldwide. Always seeking new experiences and knowledge, she blends curiosity with creativity to fuel both personal professional growth.

Nora is dedicated to amplifying the voices of others, using her unique journey and Algerian cultural background to help individuals step into their power, shape their narratives and create lasting impact in their fields.

With expertise in policy, strategy, and community engagement, their aim is to create a more inclusive and impactful industry for marginalized communities. Kind Colorado provides custom CSR for cannabis businesses and was co-founded by Kelly Perez and Courtney Mathis nearly 6 years ago.
